Fig marigold
This is 'Matsuba-giku' or Fig marigold. The other Japanese name is 'Saboten-giku'. The botanical name is Mesembryanthemum spectabilis.
The Japanese word 'Matsuba' means pine needles, and 'Saboten' means cactuses. Probably they are coming from the shape of leaves of this plant.
