Star Sedum?

This is 'Tsuru-mannnen-gusa' or Star sedum... maybe... The other English names are Yellow moss and Star stonecrop. The botanical name is Sedum sarmentosum.







This probably is a kind of 'Mannen-gusa', but I cannot distinguish the details... (-_-;;;
