Shepherd's Purse (?)

This is 'Nazuna' or shepherd's purse(?). The botanical name is
casella bursa-pastoris.

'Penpen-Gusa'. Though I did not know so far, this is a family of rape
blossoms...

Dandelions

This is 'Tanpopo' or Taraxacum Platycarpum.

Hmmm... Tanpopo is Dandelions I think! So far I wrote wrong names???
Probably botanical names... I am sorry.

But... I don't know much about flower names (-_-;;;

Anyway this is 'Tanpopo' or Dandelions!

There are mainly two kinds of tanpopos, and this is 'Seiyou-Tanpopo'
or Occidental Dandelions(?). I searched for the Japanese Tanpopo for
a while but I couldn't find it.

This is 'Hime-Odoriko-Sou' or Lamium Purpureum. I did not know the
name of this strange flower(?)...

Vicia Sepium

This is 'Karasu-no-Endoh' or Vicia Sepium. We can see here and there.

'Suzume-no-Endoh' is very similar to this, but it is slightly small.
In addition to this, there is a small plant called 'Kasuma-gusa',
whose name is made from the two Japanese names 'Ka'rasu-no-Endoh and
'Su'zume-no-Endoh!

'America-Yama-Boushi' or Cornus Florida.

Photinia Glabra

This is 'Benikanamemochi' or Photinia Glabra. I sometimes see this
tree as a part of hedge around here, but the flowers cannot be seen so
often.

Rhododendron Macrosepalum

This is also a kind of 'Tsutsuji' or Rododendrons. The name is
'Mochi-Tsutsuji' or Rhododendron Macrosepalum.

A large river called Asahi-gawa is runnign through the center of
Okayama city. This rododendron can be seen only the east side of the
river! Why not on the west side? --- The reason is not known so far.

Magnolia Quinquepeta

An original of the 'Sarasa-Mokuren'. The name is 'Mokuren' or
Magnolia Quinquepeta. It is also called 'Shi-Mokuren'.

Sarasa-Mokuren is made from Haku-Mokuren and Shi-Mokuren. The color
and the blossom season of the Sarasa-Mokuren is the middle of those of
the other two Mokuren's.
