"Ruri-no Tigiri" (Bonds of Lapis Lazuli) by KITAMORI Kou

This is the fourth and currently the latest book of the "Hatashi Toukodou" series by Mr. Kitamori. This book contains four short stories. The titles are:

* Narai-bina Shinjyuu [Separated Dolls for Double Suicide] 倣雛心中
* Nigai Kitsune [Bitter Fox] 苦い狐
* Ruri-no Tigiri [Bonds of Lapis Lazuli] 瑠璃の契り
* Kurokami-no Kupido [Cupid with Black Hair] 黒髪のクピド

The title of the last story contains the word クピド. This was finally found to be meant 'Cupid', but in normal Japanese we spell 'Cupid' as キューピッド. So at first I, and probably most Japanese, couldn't get the meaning.

Anyway again many troubles attacks on Touko... I wonder why only she has to suffer from these many troubles...

"Hiyuuzen" by KITAMORI Kou

This is the third book of the "Hatashi Toukodou" series by Mr. Kitamori. Though I wrote the series' name as "USAMI Touko series" in the review of the previous (the second) book "Kitsune-Yami", it was a mistake. And this book contains four short stories. The titles are:

* Touki [China's Demon] 陶鬼
* 'Towa-Emi'-no Syoujyo [A Girl with 'Eternal Smile'] 「永久笑み」の少女
* Hiyuuzen [Cardinal Fabric - Yuuzen] 緋友禅
* Kienn-Enkuu [Enkuu's Strange Link] 奇縁円空

The title of the third story is the title of this book. All stories contains events occurred around Touko, and she manages to solve these matters...

"Kitsune-Yami" by KITAMORI Kou

This is the second book of 'USAMI Touko series'.

The beginning was bidding in two ancient mirrors called 'Kaijyuu Budou Kyou', though one of these were really a devil mirror whose surface has an image of a secret Yata-crow. After Touko got the mirrors she was involved in incomprehensible occurrences...

"Kitsune-Wana" by KITAMORI Kou

Mr. KITAMORI was born in 1961 at Shimonoseki in Japan.

The heroin of this story is a shop-less antique dealer whose name is USAMI Touko. Though she has no shop, her style name on business is Touko-dou, which means Winter Fox Hall. Though her business scale is small, she has been doing good business. But one day she had gotten an imitation of glass by Mr. Tachibana of Kikun-dou. Then a man whose name is TEI appeared, and she decided to do the revenge. But an murder case occurred, and police began the investigation...

This story contains lots of antique knowledge, antique business, and so on, and very exciting story!

The title of the book means Fox Trap, but we cannot decide whether Fox's Trap or Trap to capture Fox. Of course here the Fox means Touko. This book seems to be the first book of a series called 'USAMI Touko series'. I'd like to continue to read the series!
